• 2–4 years in employer branding or campus recruiting.
• Experience creating digital social media content.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within US and Canada.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead university relations across the US and Canada.
• Develop campus engagement strategies and events.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at career fairs.
• Build relationships with university career centers.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support internships.
• Create social media content highlighting employee experiences.
• Capture photo and video content for brand campaigns.
• Maintain a content calendar and measure engagement.
• Travel within the United States and Canada.
• Report results from university recruiting activities.
