Job summary

LHD Benefit Advisors is seeking a Health Coach / Wellness Coordinator for our Population Health team in Central Indiana. You will coach individuals and help shape broader wellbeing strategies for client workplaces, delivering programs and engagement campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years of health coaching, a Health Coach Certification or ability to obtain it within the first year, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health science, nutrition, or related field.
• Five or more years of health coaching experience.
• Health Coach Certification from a nationally accredited organization, or ability to obtain within year.
• Experience supporting workplace wellness programs preferred.
• Experience with health communications and readiness for change.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual health coaching in person, virtually, and by phone.
• Use evidence-based coaching techniques to support sustainable changes.
• Build relationships and connect employees with wellbeing resources.
• Create personalized action plans and navigate employer-sponsored resources.
• Plan and deliver wellbeing initiatives, campaigns, and workshops.
• Collaborate with client contacts and vendors to meet workforce needs.
• Participate in client wellbeing meetings and drive program engagement.
• Track activity and outcomes to identify trends and opportunities.
