Job summary

LHD Benefit Advisors is seeking a Health Coach / Wellness Coordinator to work in our Population Health team in Central Indiana. The role involves direct coaching of employees and shaping broader wellbeing strategies for clients.

You will build relationships, develop action plans, and deliver wellbeing initiatives while collaborating with client contacts and vendors to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in health science or related field required.
• :Health Coach Certification from a nationally accredited organization or ability to obtain within first year.
• :Five+ years of health coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual health coaching in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions.
• Plan and deliver wellbeing initiatives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor workforce wellbeing programs.
• Track participation, engagement, and outcomes to guide program improvements.
