Employee Relations Specialist Location: Randolph, MA (Hybrid Eligible) Full-Time | Human Resources Team Support a Fair, Respectful, and Compliant Workplace May Institute is looking for an experienced Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll lead investigations, guide managers and employees through workplace concerns, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. This is a key position for someone who values integrity, confidentiality, and meaningful impact.
