  • Conduct HR investigations on discrimination, harassment, and disciplinary actions.
  • Guide Employee Relations matters including performance management.
  • Perform general HR duties as needed.

About The Opportunity

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Length: Temp or Perm

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9am to 5pm or 10am to 5pm (1-hour lunch break; 35-hour work week max)

Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite; 1 day work-from-home)

Responsibilities

Conduct HR investigations (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and disciplinary)

Guide all Employee Relations matters, including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary actions, and policies & procedures

Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Employee Relations

Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree

Previous experience with HR Investigations and/or related work

Microsoft Office experience
