You will advise leaders and staff on performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, while conducting confidential investigations into complaints and ensuring lawful and policy-aligned handling of cases.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership to monitor trends, mitigate risk, and support training programs on ethics and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years in employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience conducting investigations and preparing detailed reports.

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance, discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct confidential investigations into complaints, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership to ensure consistent handling of matters.
• Monitor trends, identify risk areas, and propose improvements to workplace culture.
• Develop and deliver training on ethics, conduct, and regulatory requirements.
• Support workforce planning and organizational changes with HR partners and leaders.
• Maintain documentation of employee relations cases with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Review and enhance employee relations policies to align with standards.
