Northwest Bank is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture across the organization.

You will advise leaders and staff on performance management, conduct confidential investigations, and ensure policies align with banking regulations and employment law.

Onsite Monday-Thursday with optional work-from-home Fridays, you will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR to reduce risk and support organizational change.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations in banking or financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience conducting investigations and preparing detailed reports.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance to managers and staff on employee relations issues.
• Conduct confidential investigations into complaints while ensuring policy compliance.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership for lawful handling.
• Analyze trends and risks to improve workplace culture and reduce liability.
• Develop and deliver training on conduct, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
• Support organizational changes and workforce planning with HR teams.
• Maintain detailed, confidential case documentation.
• Review and update employee relations policies to align with laws.
• Interpret employment laws and internal policies.
