Northwest Bank is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to foster a positive, compliant workplace. You will advise leaders, investigate complaints, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR to ensure fair treatment and policy adherence.

Onsite Monday-Thursday with Friday optional remote, this role focuses on managing investigations, training on conduct and regulatory compliance, and partnering on workforce planning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR with focus on employee relations, preferably in banking.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience conducting investigations and reporting.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
• Conduct confidential investigations into complaints including harassment or discrimination.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership on handling relations matters.
• Monitor trends and identify risk areas to improve culture and reduce liability.
• Support training on workplace conduct, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and leaders on changes and workforce planning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of employee relations cases.
• Review and enhance policies to align with banking standards and employment law.
• Interpret federal and state employment laws, banking regulations, and internal policies.
