Indiana University Health is seeking an Employee Relations Partner in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Employee Relations (ER) Partner is an HR professional who specializes in maintaining positive relationships between team members and the organization by conducting full‑cycle investigations. The role provides comprehensive Employee Relations support to designated leaders and team members to resolve issues, offer strategic guidance on employee policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The ER Partner minimizes organizational liability by appropriately interpreting and applying current employment laws and engaging Legal when necessary, investigations. They work collaboratively with other HR professionals and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale, engagement, and productivity, and compile data and reporting to identify trends. The ER Partner also provides counseling services to team members and leaders, participates in dismissal processes, and partners with HR and business leaders to manage discipline and performance improvement processes.
Reports to: Manager-Employee Relations
Scope: Supporting Providers Statewide. This role provides dedicated Employee Relations and Investigative support to advanced practice providers and physicians across the entire state system. Candidates with proven Advanced Practice Provider and Physician Employee Relations experience are strongly preferred.
