Sun Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted advisor across brands and locations, guiding managers and employees on policy interpretation, performance, and investigations.

You will partner with Operations, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to foster a positive employee experience while minimizing risk, with bilingual skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Employee Relations experience in a large organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual preferred).
• Proficiency with ADP and numerous software programs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations across regions and brands.
• Provide guidance on performance management, policy violations, attendance, and conduct.
• Coach leaders on effective communication, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
• Respond to employee concerns and facilitate timely resolutions.

• Conduct investigations into harassment, discrimination, or policy violations and document findings.

Job Summary:

The Employee Relations Partner serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across multiple brands and locations, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, performance management, conflict resolution, and legal compliance. This role partners closely with Operations, Human Resources, Legal, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams to foster a positive employee experience while minimizing organizational risk.

The Employee Relations Partner will proactively identify trends, recommend solutions, and support the execution of employee relations strategies that align with Sun Holdings' commitment to operational excellence, employee engagement, and compliance. Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across assigned regions and brands.
• Provide guidance to managers regarding performance management, corrective action, policy violations, attendance concerns, and employee conduct issues.
• Coach leaders on effective employee communication, conflict resolution, and best HR practices.
• Respond to employee concerns and facilitate resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive employee matters.

Investigations

• Conduct thorough, impartial investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct, policy violations, and employee questions.
• Interview employees, managers, and witnesses; review documentation; and prepare detailed investigation summaries and recommendations.
• Partner with Legal and HR leadership on high-risk investigations and employment-related matters.
• Ensure investigations are completed in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist in responding to agency claims, unemployment hearings, wage and hour complaints, and other employment-related matters.
• Monitor employee relations trends and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve workplace culture.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Employee Relations experience in a large organization
• Excelent reporting and documentation experience
• Proficiency with ADP and numerous software programs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual preferred)
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed
