• Impartial investigations into disciplinary matters, grievances, discrimination, non‑compliance, and other workplace concerns; prepare findings and recommendations with supervisor/HR Director input.
• Manage grievance files, records, and reports in a comprehensive case management system.
• May conduct investigations and trainings under Title IX, VAWA, Campus SaVE, Clery Act, and Section 504/ADA; respond to formal complaints with investigative plans and timelines.
