Job Summary
The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for managing complex employee relations matters and leading internal workplace investigations across the organization. This position plays a key role in mitigating organizational risk and resolving employee concerns.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in employee relations, a strong investigative mindset, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy, objectivity, and professionalism.
This position may be hybrid or fully remote and will have travel requirements, reporting to the Director of HR Compliance.
