SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Employee Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.This role is crucial in managing workers’ compensation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of workplace injuries, and facilitating employees’ return to work in a modified capacity when applicable. Additionally, the Employee Relations Manager will assist managers with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, promoting a positive and productive work environment.This position requires proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling employee relations issues and managingworkerscompensation cases within a retail environment.
