This role focuses on maintaining positive employee relations, managing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with various employment laws. The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $108,664 to $135,830
Job Summary
The Employee Relations Manager role primarily focuses on maintaining positive relationships between employees and the company by addressing concerns, managing conflicts, and providing guidance to managers on employee matters. This position will play a leading role to promote a healthy work environment, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will investigate complaints and workplace grievances, oversee performance management, provide manager support, mediate disputes between employees and where appropriate facilitate mutually agreeable solutions.
This position reports to the Director – Employe Relations.
