Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud platform for AI, seeks an Employee Relations Manager to own an end-to-end caseload, coaching leaders, conducting impartial investigations, and ensuring fair, consistent practices to promote a positive workplace culture.

In this role you will partner with Legal and People teams to navigate employment law, drive proactive programs, and support a respectful, inclusive environment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven employee relations experience and ability to work independently within a global strategy.
• Innovative, data-driven thinking to resolve complex employee relations challenges.
• Strong business sense with consulting, conflict-resolution, and facilitation skills across diverse cultures.
• Ability to lead, influence, and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Clear, inclusive communication and sound judgment in sensitive topics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee relations issues, handling complaints and disciplinary matters from intake to resolution.
• Lead impartial investigations into misconduct, documenting findings and recommending corrective action.
• Advise on policy interpretation, procedures, and employment law with guidance from legal teams.
• Contribute to organization-wide employee relations programs and initiatives during change, redundancy, and transformation.
