Job summary

Axiom is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator to join the Centralized Investigations team. The role requires on-site work at one of several locations and entails interviewing associates and contractors on sensitive HR matters.

You will analyze data, collect feedback, and collaborate with Corporate ER, Legal, and external vendors to resolve issues while keeping investigations fair and unbiased.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience conducting full-cycle employee investigations or handling complex employee relations issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Excellent writing skills with clear documentation of findings.
• Ability to ask probing questions to uncover key details.
• Proven administrative skills managing projects and supporting team operations.
• Experience with Salesforce and related HR/people management tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 30 interviews per week on sensitive HR and Employee Relations topics.
• Analyze data from internal systems and document interviews; assist with administrative tasks.
• Collect and analyze multiple levels of feedback from employees and stakeholders.
• Identify trends in casework data to inform proactive mitigation.
• Maintain organized schedules and lead interviews; collaborate with business partners and ER teams.
• Coordinate with Legal teams and third-party vendors on complex investigations.

Join Our Team as a Employee Relations Investigator at Axiom

Location: Multiple Locations Available; On-Site 5 DPW

Candidates must be able to work 5 days per week on-site at one of the following locations: Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Bellevue, WA; Tempe, AZ; Arlington, VA; Herndon, VA; San Diego, CA; Houston, TX

Our client, a large technology company, is seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join their Centralized Investigations team as an Employee Relations Investigator, supporting their NA locations. The central objective of the team is to thoroughly and expeditiously interview associates and contractors in a fair, unbiased and consistent manner. The ideal candidate for this position has strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrates an ability to earn trust, dive deep and work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee and labor relations issues and business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 30 interviews a week, on highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues.
• Analyze data from various internal systems; provide documentation of interviews; support with other administrative tasks.
• Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigation.
• Manage your schedule effectively and stay hyper-organized and focused on leading interviews.
• Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Legal teams, and 3rd Party Vendors on complex employee investigations.
• Extreme comfort with tools such as Salesforce, people management software's, amongst others.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in conducting full cycle employee investigations or handling complex employee relations issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and engage effectively with associates at all levels.
• Exceptional writing skills, with experience in documenting investigation findings clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to ask probing and insightful questions to uncover key details and support thorough investigations.
• Proven administrative skills, with experience in managing projects and handling various administrative tasks efficiently, supporting team operations and objectives.

Compensation:

This role offers competitive compensation of $65 per hour along with a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
