You will handle employee relations matters, investigations, and performance actions, guiding leaders through compliant, fair processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, sound judgment, and collaboration with HR, Compliance, and Operations to support Mission's CARES values and workforce

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and investigations.
• Ability to coach leaders and manage sensitive information.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to operational and functional leaders on employee relations matters.
• Help leaders assess employee situations objectively and determine practical, compliant solutions.
• Provide guidance on company policies, workplace expectations, and HR best practices.
• Coach leaders on delivering difficult messages and documenting conversations.
• Build collaborative relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
