Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations and manage fact-finding proceedings.
• Draft disciplinary documentation and coordinate with leadership, HRBPs, and legal counsel.
• Plan and represent the Institute during termination meetings.
• Prepare documentation and witnesses for unemployment hearings; represent during hearings as needed.
• Interpret policies and employment law for supervisors and staff.
• Lead workplace mediation to resolve disputes swiftly and amicably.
• Monitor employment law updates and revise HR policies and handbook accordingly.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to support training initiatives.
