Comprehensive Community Health Centers is seeking an Employee Relations & HR Operations Specialist to partner with employees, managers and leadership by leading employee relations initiatives and supporting core HR operational functions.

This role fosters a positive workplace culture, conducts investigations, resolves concerns, ensures consistent policy application, and supports payroll for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience.
• 2–3 years of employee relations experience, including investigations.
• Knowledge of multi-state, CA and NV employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations initiatives across the organization.
• Counsel employees and managers on workplace concerns and policy interpretation.
• Conduct prompt, thorough investigations into complaints and misconduct.
• Partner with managers to resolve issues with fairness and compliance.
• Support performance management and documentation activities.
