UNC Charlotte is hiring an Employee Relations Consultant to manage daily employee relations functions, coach managers on performance and disciplinary matters, conduct investigations, and support a healthier workplace culture.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields with at least two years HR experience (SHRM certifications preferred). The position is full-time with a hybrid telework option based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or related field plus at least two years HR experience, or equivalent combination.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or other HR-related certifications preferred.

• Salary: $66,000 annually; Position is full-time, exempt, and offers hybrid telework options based on performance.
