Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud platform for AI, seeks an Employee Relations Manager in New York. You will own an end-to-end employee relations caseload, coaching leaders, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair policies to foster a positive workplace culture.

You will collaborate with People Partners and the legal team to ensure regulatory compliance, manage terminations respectfully, and contribute to programs addressing organizational change and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Proven employee relations experience and ability to work independently.
• Strong investigative and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coach managers through performance discussions and disciplinary processes.
• Experience interpreting and applying employment laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters through intake to resolution.
• Conduct prompt, impartial investigations into misconduct, harassment, or policy violations.
• Advise employees and managers on company policies and employment law with legal team guidance.
• Lead organization-wide employee relations programs and transformation initiatives.
