Job summary

C&K Market Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier / PIC to oversee store operations on assigned shifts in Oregon. You will supervise staff, ensure customer service excellence, and enforce company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or grocery supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct employees during assigned shifts.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy including tills, safe counts, and nightly deposits.
• Assist with ordering, scheduling, and basic store administration as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, LP standards, and safety procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, resolving issues as they arise.
• Support all departments as needed (Meat, Produce, Bakery/Deli, Grocery).
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
