The successful candidate will assist in maintaining a safe, efficient work environment, supervise staff, coordinate schedules, address customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records. This is a hands-on leadership role within a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role at a similar level (3rd in command).
• Strong leadership and communication abilities evident in past positions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and coordinate staff.
