Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction leadership experience as Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience in safety program management and site compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review docs for constructability, phasing, site logistics, and safety.
• Establish site expectations for safety, quality, and conduct.
• Coordinate site logistics, traffic patterns, and staging.
• Work with PM, client, and trades to develop a work plan.
• Oversee trade work to align with schedule and milestones.
• Maintain daily reports and inspections.
• Approve submittals and purchase requisitions as needed.
• Lead pre-installation coordination meetings and ensure permits.
