Job summary

The Christman Company is seeking an on-site Foreman/Superintendent to lead daily activities on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, client, and trade contractors, define site expectations, and manage logistics, permits, and inspections.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s in CM/CE or related field, 5+ years in leadership roles, and experience with safety training and construction scheduling.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of commercial construction leadership experience as a Foreman or Superintendent.
• Training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review conceptual, schematic, and design development documents for constructability and phasing.
• Establish site safety, quality, and conduct expectations; coordinate with trades.
• Plan and coordinate site logistics, traffic patterns, and material staging.
• Develop and communicate project work plans with PM, client, and trades.
• Oversee safety program; report incidents and enforce safety discipline.
