Job summary

Kline Electric Inc in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Foreman to supervise apprentices and manage on-site electrical projects. The role emphasizes safety, code compliance, timely completion, and acting as the main on-site contact for customers and the Project Manager.

You will coordinate material needs with the Warehouse Director, maintain a clean, organized site, and ensure adherence to company policies. Requires 4+ years of electrical experience and a Journeyman Electrician’s license, plus a valid

Qualifications

4+ years of electrical experience or related field.
Journeyman Electrician license is required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be insured under company vehicle policy.
Ability to perform the physical duties of the job.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise apprentices to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure safety and code compliance on schedule.
Serve as on-site liaison between the Project Manager and customers.
Coordinate material needs with the Warehouse Director and keep records accurate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site.
Adhere to company policies, including vehicle use and job site conduct.
