Job summary

Team Kline is seeking a Foreman to supervise apprentices and ensure safe, code‑compliant project completion at our Des Moines field operation. You will be the on-site point of contact, coordinating with the Project Manager and addressing customer inquiries while overseeing material needs and site organization.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of electrical experience, a valid Journeyman license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lead a crew while maintaining safety and adherence to

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical work or related field experience.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician’s License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be insured under company vehicle insurance policy.
• Physical capability to perform essential duties.
• Strong verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise apprentices to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and on-time project completion.
• Serve as on-site liaison between Project Manager and customers; address inquiries.
• Coordinate material needs with Warehouse Director and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site.
• Follow company policies, including vehicle use and job-site conduct.
