Responsibilities

• Explain and follow the Quality Policy and procedures.
• Explain the job description and how it affects customer satisfaction.
• Understand the Quality Management System and documentation.
• Identify non-conformances and log them per procedure.
• Participate in preventative and corrective actions and problem-solving.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications and escalate as needed.
• Operate, start machines, and monitor for alignment or malfunctions.
• Maintain clean work area and properly pack parts.
• Complete paperwork and submit to the team leader.
