Job summary

Lumbermen's, based in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Warehouse/Material Associate at the Walker facility. You will help pull and prepare customer orders, perform final quality checks, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include unloading freight, matching items to packing lists, and keeping the shop orderly while supporting part movement to branches. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, and prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming freight and verify with packing lists.
• Sort material by destination and store excess stock.
• Assist in pulling slabs and preparing orders for production.
• Support in staging deliveries and parts to branches.
• Keep shop area clean and organized; assist with shop maintenance.
• Assist other shop members with moving tops and general workflow.
