Job summary

Lumbermen’s Cadillac division in Michigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory management and order fulfillment. You will inspect shipments, pick and pack orders, load/unload trucks, and help keep our fleet and warehouse safe and efficient.

This role requires a high school diploma and prior warehouse experience, the ability to multi-task with accuracy, color-identification for picking, and forklift operation; physical work includes lifting up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and prior warehouse experience required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to pull orders, load/unload trucks, and identify colors for picking.
• Able to operate forklift and perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and checking in incoming products to ensure it meets quality standards
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders
• Using proper inventory management procedures for assigned inventory
• Managing product safely and effectively from receiving to shipment and delivery
• Safely loading/transporting/unloading product
• Maintaining Lumbermen’s supplied vehicle through following DOT regulations
• Following all DOT safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment both onsite and on the road
• Representing Lumbermen’s in a positive and professional manner in all situations
