Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is hiring a Distribution Center Associate to support receiving, storage, and distribution across our centers. You will handle stock by receiving, storing, and preparing shipments, while keeping accuracy and quality high.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate warehouse equipment, and follow all safety guidelines. This is an entry-level, full-time on-site role with opportunities to grow within a people-first employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring basic math and ability to use barcode scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a distribution center with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined Distribution Center activities: receiving, put-away, picking for shipment, and packing.
• Pack orders and restock inventory in designated areas.
• Receive inventory accurately and promptly; count and verify stock.
• Operate forklift, hand trucks or other equipment as trained.
• Unload and load trucks according to procedures; count inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in safety initiatives.
