Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to help receive, store, and distribute products across our distribution network. You will ensure accurate stock handling, organize storage, and participate in daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, inventory receipts, restocking, and basic forklift operations while upholding safety standards. This is an entry-level role offering growth within a long-tenured, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Entry level work experience.
• Ability to use standard office equipment, including barcode scanners and printers.
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to work independently.
• Team oriented with direction from supervisor or lead.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute products to maintain center efficiency.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and promptly.
• Receive inventory and restock designated areas.
• Operate forklift or hand trucks per procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform housekeeping.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with other distribution center tasks as assigned.
