Job summary

The Kendall Group is hiring for a Distribution Center Associate to support receiving, storage, and distribution of products across our facilities. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy in picking/packing, inventory control, and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

You will work under the Distribution Center Supervisor to maintain efficiency and meet company standards, with opportunities to grow within a 100% employee-owned organization that values tenure and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to use standard warehouse equipment and basic math/reasoning
• Excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision
• Strong communication across levels of the organization
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute products to support warehouse efficiency.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and promptly.
• Restock inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
• Operate forklift, hand trucks, or other equipment as required.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in housekeeping and training sessions
