Qualifications

• Knowledge of Wage & Hour, OSHA, ADA, and EEO regulations.
• Previous grocery or store-manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to meet sales, profit, and labor budgets.
• Perform store walks daily and communicate needs to department managers.
• Ensure front-end accuracy, pricing, and display standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store personnel; schedule shifts.
• Oversee safety, security, and loss prevention programs.
