Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to learn in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production lines on shift.
• Ensure plant safety and compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage a shift of employees: assign tasks and provide training.
