Job summary

Charter Next Generation Massillon, OH is seeking a Direct Labor Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production floor activities on a 12-hour shift. You will enforce safety and quality policies, coordinate with shift supervisors and department managers, and support safety programs to maintain a safe work environment.

You will lead a team, review orders, conduct coaching sessions, and ensure compliance with IMS & BRC standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility.
• Degree or certification in management or related field is desired.
• Proven track record of leadership, quality, and safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise daily production floor activities across your shift.
• Enforce safety and quality policies and participate in safety audits.
• Review order packets and production paperwork for accuracy, including quality checks.
