Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 12 years experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other regional business group directors, regional and local office managers, technical and marketing directors.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR South-Central Region leadership and coordinate with multiple service lines including Water, Architecture, Building Engineering Services, Field Services, Power, Waste, Industrial, and Transportation.
• Collaborate with regional directors and office managers to implement HDR's strategic plan and expand market presence.
• Drive a culture of inclusion, technical excellence, and ownership among HDR employee-owners.
