You will perform daily inspections, first article inspections, and ensure AS9100 documentation compliance. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving to support shipping quality and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily inspections of finished wire harnesses prior to shipment to ensure goals are met.
• Perform inspection of first article and first piece inspections.
• Follow compliance of AS9100 documentation requirements as applied to production.
• Record and report on quality issues.
• Support and contribute process improvement ideas.
• Troubleshoot and assist with the repair of issues as needed.
• Work with a variety of equipment and hand tools.
• Comprehend mechanical aptitude and abilities.
• Comprehend and read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
