Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in project coordination or logistics coordination.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Excellent report-writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead projects.
• Cross-functional skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify the goals and requirements of each project.
• Collect information to start a project.
• Develop project strategy plans.
• Coordinate truck delivery and pickup schedule.
• Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications.
• Create and maintain an open quote log for tracking purposes.
• Create and manage documentation, reports, and pricing records.
• Verify data and analyze to support project direction.
• Track, forecast, and report on project progress and metrics.
• Work with Sales, Quotations, and Operations to implement changes.
• Produce accurate reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.
• Host start, mid, and post-mortem meetings.
• Ensure goals in customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and performance.
