Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production activities, working closely with the Director of Operations. The role focuses on driving efficiency, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and quality across all projects.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Industrial Maintenance, Business, or related field, plus experience in hydraulics and a demonstrated ability to lead teams and implement strategic initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Requires a degree in Industrial Maintenance, Business, or related field.
Experience in hydraulics industry strongly preferred.
Proven track record of leading teams and executing business initiatives.
Ability to develop relationships and foster a team environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise timely completion of projects and implement process improvements.
Communicate job expectations to hourly and salary employees and monitor results.
Coach, counsel, discipline, and mediate as needed to maintain performance.
Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, controls, and equipment usage.
Assign personnel, set priorities, monitor progress, resolve problems, and train staff.
Ensure safety rules, PPE compliance, and a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
