Job summary

Wikoff Color Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves batching, blending, filling, packaging, and cleaning, with focus on safety, quality, and production targets.

You will follow batch sheets, operate machinery, maintain records, and support inventory control in a clean, compliant plant environment. High school diploma is required; 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs; on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing preferred.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, production, or warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix raw materials according to batch sheets and production specs.
• Operate machinery safely and effectively during production.
• Fill, label, and package finished goods per quality standards.
• Conduct routine equipment cleaning and maintenance for safety.
• Maintain production records: quantities, batch numbers, time logs.
• Report deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Site Leader or QC.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Support inventory control through accurate material usage reporting.
• Other duties assigned by management.
