Wikoff Color Corporation, an employee-owned manufacturer, seeks a Production Operator to manufacture products to defined processes and quality standards, supporting daily production targets. The role involves batching, blending, filling, packaging, and equipment cleaning within a safe, organized environment.

You will maintain production records, ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures, and help with inventory control and waste minimization. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow batch instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix raw materials according to batch sheets.
• Operate machinery safely and effectively during production.
• Fill, label, and package finished goods per quality standards.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas daily.
• Maintain production records including quantities and batch numbers.
• Report deviations or safety concerns to the Site Leader.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Assist inventory control and minimize waste.
