Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience managing projects typically $5M–$25M in value.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Communicate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Prepare monthly project health reports and participate in reviews.
• Support VDC implementation and assist preconstruction estimating as needed.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
