Southern Air is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to supervise plumbing crews on commercial and residential projects in Richmond, VA. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair work, ensuring safety and adherence to specifications, while coordinating with project managers and other trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing installation (commercial or residential).
• Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to review job specifications, timelines, and resource needs.
• Plan and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for assigned projects.
• Arrange delivery and transportation of materials to job sites.
• Review blueprints, codes, and specifications to guide installation work.
• Supervise plumbers, mechanics, and helpers to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate work with other trades on multi-craft job sites.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings.
