Job summary

Servtech, a Roeslein & Associates Company, is seeking a hands-on pipefitter/plumber associate to join the field team. You will operate hand tools, assist with materials organization, and support piping system assembly for critical infrastructure projects.

You will follow safety procedures, participate in training, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and teammates to deliver quality results. A flexible schedule including overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years pipefitting or plumbing experience preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in a team environment.
• Must work well in a team‑oriented environment.
• Must meet deadlines while working safely and producing a quality product.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
• Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with organizing materials, equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Support assembly of piping systems, including flanged spools, valves, tubing, stands, and fittings.
• Follow all training, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold strict safety standards, including successful completion of all required training.
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism while serving as a liaison to customers when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to support project success.
• Manage time efficiently, adapt to changing priorities.
• Additional duties as assigned.
