Job summary

Servtech, a Roeslein & Associates Company, is hiring for a hands-on pipefitting/plumbing role located in Louisville, CO. You will work with a team to assemble piping systems and support field and shop activities in a safety‑driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of pipefitting or plumbing experience, and is capable of working overtime when required. ESOP ownership and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or not required.
• 1-2 year of pipefitting or plumbing experience preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
• Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with organizing materials, equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Support assembly of piping systems, including flanged spools, valves, tubing, stands, and fittings.
• Follow all training, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold strict safety standards, including successful completion of all required training.
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism while serving as a liaison to customers when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to support project success.
• Manage time efficiently, adapt to changing priorities.
• Additional duties as assigned.
