HAC, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the store’s pharmacy department in Oklahoma City. You will oversee daily operations, ensure accurate dispensing, and maintain high levels of customer service while managing staff and inventory.

The role requires a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, Oklahoma preceptor license, and active immunizer certification. 2 years of pharmacist experience is preferred; strong leadership and compliance with HIPAA and state/federal laws are essential.

Qualifications

• PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy required.
• Oklahoma Preceptor License required.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• 2 years pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy department.
• Performs all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed.
• Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner per company guidelines.
• Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan tasks and achieve goals.
• Ensures outstanding customer service is always exhibited by all employees.
• Manages the pharmacy staff with a friendly, team-oriented approach.
• Collaborates with store management as a team member.
• Maintains professional relationships with doctors and health professionals.
• Manages and balances inventory for maximum turns while meeting customer needs.
• Oversees orders to/from wholesalers and suppliers.
• Checks inventory for outdates and processes returns.
• Maintains prescription files and records per state/federal guidelines.
• Responsible for pharmacy and insurance audits.
• Schedules pharmacy personnel.
• Prepares for all pharmacy inventories and third-party audits.
• Works to meet or exceed budgeted sales and profitability in the pharmacy.
• Participates in initiatives to increase profitability.
• Trains and develops pharmacy staff.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Complies with state and federal drug laws and licensing requirements.
• Complies with HAC policies and procedures.
• Uses in-store pharmacy tech to maximize ROI.
• Maintains a clean and professional pharmacy environment.
• Adheres to Loss Prevention policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
