Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead and coach pharmacy staff to ensure accurate dispensing and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and CVS policies.
• Oversee scheduling and bench shifts to maintain service levels.
