Job summary

HAC INC. is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Oklahoma City to accurately fill prescriptions, advise customers, and lead the pharmacy team. The role emphasizes high-quality service, regulatory compliance, and coordination with store management to maximize profitability and patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, Oklahoma preceptor license, ongoing CE credits, and at least 2 years of pharmacist experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing with Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy.
• Preceptor license required in Oklahoma.
• Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited program.
• Active continuing education as required by state board.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy department.
• Performs all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed.
• Maintains professional relationships with doctors and health service professionals.
• Manages pharmacy inventory for maximum turns while remaining in stock for customer needs.
• Oversees transmitting, processing, and receiving orders to/from wholesalers and suppliers.
• Ensures prescription files and records comply with state and federal guidelines.
• Responsible for audits (pharmacy and insurance) and staff scheduling.
• Trains and develops pharmacy department personnel.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and compliance with drug laws.
