WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in Paola, KS. The role focuses on producing high quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications in a growing, employee-owned company.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience, can read blueprints, and are comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds. This in-person, full-time position offers 401(k), health and dental insurance, and growth opportunities.
